Orders
1. First orders C.O.D. or credit card. VISA AND MASTERCARD ONLY.
2. Net 30 terms extended after three payments received on time.
3. Interest on overdue accounts 1.5% per month.
4. All checks returned are subject to a $25.00 service
charge.
5. All shipments FOB Austin, TX.
6. Allow 1-6 weeks delivery, depending on time of year.
Most times we are at next day shipping.
7. NO unauthorized returns. There is a 20% restocking fee
for any returns or refused merchandise.
8. Minimum opening order is $150. Reorders are $100.
9. Any damages or shortages MUST be reported within 5 days
of delivery. If there is any problem with your order, please keep all boxes and
original packing materials.
10. All of our products are made by hand, and no two
pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations are part of the beauty of each

The products design and color may be slightly different with their pictures
appear on the web site. They can not be looked exactly the same because they are
all handmade and the nature of materials. However, the original ones look more
attractive than in their pictures.
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately inform our
customer service. If your order has already been processed, then it may be too
late to cancel the shipment. In that case, you can simply return the shipment
(read Return Policy below) and we'll give you a full refund of the
merchandise purchased.
If you are not satisfied with any purchases for any reasons, with our 30-Day
Money-Back Guarantee, you can simply return the merchandise to us and we
will be pleasant to give you at your choice of refund, replacement or exchange,
as you wish. Kindly let us know why you were dissatisfied because it will help
us to improve our products and services in the future. Before you return us
products, please send an e-mail to Customer Service to inform us your order
number, tax invoice number and the reason you want to return the merchandise

We will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions
for returning the item(s).
We will refund the order amount included shipping in full amount as soon as we
receiver the item(s). Please be noted that we would not responsible for return
shipping and handling charges.
As all products in Brinson and Collins are totally handmade. They are made from
natural materials, some material might be shortage or required extra lead time
in some seasons. They are not stored in warehouses in large quantities so please
realize that if you order a large quantity of individual item, the preparation
process will likely be extended. Generally, standard ordering will be processed
within two working days after we have received your order and the payment for
your purchase. If your order contains an item that is out of stock or in the
event that your order must be specially made, we will inform you for an
additional time to deliver your purchased merchandize. In such a case, you will
have the choices of selecting an alternate item, canceling the order, or waiting
for the back-ordered item to arrive. You will not be charged for any additional
delivery fee if your purchase must be sent in separate shipments.
The shipping time above is the estimated duration from shipping agents and it
may vary in some seasons such as Christmas and New Year.
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and notified a customer at
Checkout page. The shipping rates vary from your shipping destination (country)
and the total weight of your selected merchandise(s). Please note that all
products' weight appeared in their detail page includes their package weight.
Please be informed that additional charges for customs clearance must be borne
by customers.
Please be noted that prior to accepting the merchandise delivered by shipping
agent, please check that all items received is in good condition. If any damages
or incorrect item(s) found, please make sure that you have the shipping agent
informed right away.
We will not ship any purchase to PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs.
Customer who orders merchandise and requires the item to ship within Thailand
will receive free shipping charge. Brinson and Collins will ship all items
ordered with free of charge by EMS.
Brinson and Collins reserves the right at any time to amend, modify, or
discontinue shipping cost upon prior customer notification.
If you call us, you will receive an e-mail states the 10-digit Airway Bill
Number or Tracking Number and instructions how to track your order right after
your order has arranged and picked up by UPS.
